Hi, I’m Susan Purkhiser – co-founder of Mom and Pop Parks and a passionate advocate for small park owners looking to explore their options.

With over 21 years of experience in real estate, I’ve done it all – from single-family rentals and fix-and-flips to commercial medical buildings and, most recently, RV parks. My journey has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to own, operate, and eventually sell or transition a property. And as an avid RVer myself, I truly understand the unique value and charm that mom-and-pop RV parks bring to the road-trip lifestyle.

When I’m not working with park owners or traveling in my RV, you might find me on a film set doing stunt work — I’ve been a professional stuntwoman for 28 years, specializing in car stunts, and I have a lifelong passion for vintage cars and outdoor adventure sports.

I call Southern California home, but I’m always on the move, exploring new places and connecting with fellow RV enthusiasts.

I'm Ashley Perez and would like to describe myself as an unstoppable force in the world of entrepreneurship and real estate. Born in Hollywood, FL, and an alumna of Nova Southeastern University, my journey has been nothing short of hard work, dedication & discipline. After moving to New Jersey, I spent ten years mastering the art of sales, going business-to-business selling Merchant Services.

In 2014, I took a bold leap and launched my first business in Merchant Processing & Restaurant Point of Sale. My entrepreneurial spirit didn't stop there. By 2018, I had started a second successful venture in Residential Solar, partnering with family and friends.

My dynamic career took an exciting turn in 2022 when I ventured into real estate. My acquisition of an RV Park in Inverness, FL, is just one highlight of a rapidly growing $2.5 million real estate portfolio. Always looking forward, I am now launching an acquisitions department and building a personal brand dedicated to guiding others into the world of Real Estate Investments & Business Acquisitions.

With a decade of experience as a business owner and a knack for bootstrapping successful enterprises, my businesses continue to thrive. I'm a devoted mom of two boys, living in Florida, balancing family and business with grace and determination.
